These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CastmaxCloud website, customer panel and related streaming services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
CastmaxCloud provides cloud-based live streaming, playout, studio, monitoring and related broadcast workflow tools. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and account configuration.
2. Account registration
Accounts are created by CastmaxCloud administrators or authorized resellers. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- You must have rights to all content you stream, upload or distribute.
- You may not use the Services for unlawful content, copyright infringement, fraud or activities that harm network stability.
- Excessive abuse, credential sharing or attempts to bypass plan limits may result in suspension.
4. Plans, billing and payment
Subscription fees, channel limits, storage and bandwidth are defined by your selected plan. GST and applicable taxes may apply. Failure to pay may lead to service suspension after notice.
5. Stream keys and output links
Stream keys and output URLs are confidential. You are responsible for securing embed links, tokens and encoder settings. Regenerating keys may interrupt active streams.
6. Uptime and maintenance
We aim for reliable delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party CDN issues, encoder problems or internet outages may affect availability.
7. OTT and third-party platforms
Distribution to third-party OTT/IPTV platforms depends on their approval and technical acceptance. CastmaxCloud provides broadcast-ready feeds; final platform onboarding is not guaranteed.
8. Website and app development
Custom website or app projects are governed by separate statements of work, timelines and payment milestones agreed in writing with sales.
9. Intellectual property
The CastmaxCloud platform, branding and software remain our property. You retain ownership of your channel content and trademarks.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CastmaxCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected billing period.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate per plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, access to the panel and streams may be disabled.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
